Weekend Hours
Friday Jan. 14th – Monday Jan. 16th
10:00AM - 6:00 PM

TREE PRUNING

The Battery Park City Parks Conservancy Horticulture Department
will begin its annual procedure of pruning trees throughout
Battery Park City on December 19, 2011.
This process should be completed by April 13, 2012.

Please inform residents of this work so that they will not be
alarmed should they see our staff in the trees outside
their windows.

Thank you for your cooperation.

LAWNS WILL BE CLOSED IN THE PARK

The lawns will be closed for the winter season starting 11/21/11.
Lawns need the winter months to recover from warm weather use.
During the cooler months grass plants build their root system making
for healthier lawns the next year.
They will re-open by the second half of april 2012.

NEW POSITIONS AVAILABLE
