The Members of the Board of the Battery Park City Authority will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, at BPCA’s headquarters: 200 Liberty Street, 24th floor. The Board’s Governance Committee will meet at 9:30. Both meetings are open for observation by the public and news media.

BIKE RACKS IN PARK ARE FOR TEMPORARY, DAILY USE
Park Enforcement Patrol (PEP) have begun enforcing the daily use policy regarding bicycle racks in BPC.  Park users are encouraged to ride bikes and utilize the racks.

However, long-term storage of bikes is not permissible.

PEP will begin cutting locks and removing bikes that are left long-term at bike racks. If you discover your bike missing, contact PEP at 212-417-3100.

COMMUNITY CENTER FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS

The Community Center at Stuyvesant High is open to the public evenings and
weekends when school is not in session. Because the school's community
and the Community Center's members share Stuyvesant's beautiful facilities

Rockefeller Park Playground
· The Rockefeller Park playground will be closed Thursday, May 23rd between
    the hours of 8:00AM and 12:00PM for maintenance.

PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE ELEVATORS (For Wheelchair Accessibility)
· The Wagner Pavilion Elevator is ON service.
. The Tribeca Bridge Elevators are OUT of service due to Hurricane Sandy.
· The Rector Bridge Elevators are OUT of service due to Hurricane Sandy.
· Crosswalks are available south at West Thames and north at Albany.
